Usage Statement

USAGE STATEMENT: EVENT 1 PHOTOGRAPHY

Most of the images on our archive system can be either copied or ordered to print and even printed on a wide selection of merchandise. HOWEVER, some events may not be reproduced or sold on the basis of exclusive rights to the event host organizers or personalities directly involved at the event. All images are copyrighted to Event 1 Photography unless otherwise noted.  All images captured by Event 1 Photography are subject to be used by the company and the photographer for portfolio use unless otherwise agreed on.

IF ANY IMAGE IS USED BY CONTRACT OR EXPRESSED WRITTING PERMISSION, PROPER CREDIT WILL BE PUBLISHED TO EVENT 1 PHOTOGRAPHY, C.T. BAILEY.

Images depicting items, persons, or buildings of any government entity (CPD) where taken off duty and subject to the same copyright as stated, but might not be subject to purchase.  However, several portfolio images were taken during the course of duty and subject to PORTFOLIO USE ONLY.  Such images are NOT FOR SALE/PROFIT in compliance with secondary employment regulations to the City of Columbus.  Such images can be obtained by "right clicking" on the image, and saved for personal use; or by contacting me via e-mail.
